Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products. We may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Zelvuno is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact Zelvuno as soon as possible and provide photos/videos of the package and product.
